Adaptive Managerial Aid(AMA) is a system of three proprietary frameworks: AMA Leadership, SolvePro360 and AMA Crisis.
AMA Leadership accelerates the development of new line managers and project managers into autonomous, effective leaders. It blends Experiential Modeling (learning through guided demonstration), Focused Coaching (guiding them to take their own decisions and build accountability), and Cognitive Resilience (overcoming psychological blockers).
SolvePro360 is a step-by-step problem-solving framework designed to tackle complex challenges. It can be learned as a standalone method and applied independently by users or executed on specific challenges through facilitated sprints. These sprints are AI-guided across all stages (Problem Definition, Data Analysis, Solution Design, Validation, and Execution). AI supports each step by helping define the problem, uncover root causes, and drive solution development. It builds on participants’ ideas, refines them, selects the most effective ones, and further supports solution validation and execution planning.
AMA Crisis equips managers and leaders with essential principles, strategies, and tools to drive turnaround and navigate crises effectively It help them with tools to diagnose, contain, assess, resolve, execute, and sustain through emergencies. Additionally, it emphasises effective problem-solving under pressure and strategic planning post-crisis, helping leaders enhance and prepare their organisations for future challenges.
